Seeing a need to help her community after the pandemic, Pascale Marchand decided to get more involved in municipal politics by running as a City Council candidate for Hamilton’s Ward 4. The switch from working in the airline industry to politics caught the eye of the Canadian Press. Her story was published across Canada in the CBC, the Toronto Sun, and the Financial Post.
